Fitness Classes

We run a variety of weekly fitness classes, including Bootcamps, BoxFit and older adult classes. These sessions are a great way to meet others on a fitness journey and work hard whilst having fun!

Rehabilitation

Rehabilitation sessions are designed to help you regain full function in the quickest possible time frame, following a short or long term injury. The aim is to help you return to or continue with hobbies and find the correct exercises at the correct time!

About us

We are a team of two trainers based in St Margarets at Cliffe, passionate about helping people on their health and fitness journey.

Dave is a Qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer and a Sports Therapist & Rehabilitator BSc (Hons). He began Personal training in 2015 and graduated from The University of Kent in 2020. Since graduating, his time is split between delivering fitness/rehabilitation sessions and working as a therapist at Kesson Physiotherapy in Faversham. He has also recently qualified as a Cardiac Rehabilitation Exercise Specialist with BACPR, and is excited about helping those looking to prevent or recover from cardiac events.

Harry, also a qualified Personal Trainer, enjoys working with a wide range of clients across 1:1 and group sessions. He has a particular interest in Strength and Conditioning and enjoys helping people challenge their bodies in a safe and effective way. Harry works closely with our local partners, delivering a wide range of classes and fitness sessions.

Working with clients of all ages, we are dedicated to helping each individual with their own specific needs and goals. We know there is no one size fits all exercise programme and understand the importance of working closely with all clients to create and adapt a sustainable exercise programme.
